While I understand that things come up and sometimes cancellations and tardiness are unavoidable, due to an increase in the number of no-shows and significantly late arrivals, I am forced to adopt a new cancellation policy, effective immediately. The new policy is as follows:
- You may cancel your appointment, without any charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
- Same day cancellations, or late arrivals of 5 minutes or more, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
- If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
- If you cancel on the day of your appointment, arrive more than 5 minutes late, or fail to cancel your appointment, you will receive an email asking you to make a payment via Paypal. Until the payment is made, you will be blocked from making any future appointments.
